3. A copy of the document that defines the fiscal relationship between CSMC and SPG, making it possible for SPG to use the 501 (c) 3 status the CSMC has. This allows SPG to receive money as a gift and allow the donor to take a tax deduction.

To be eligible the money ( check, etc ) must be to CSMC with a note that the money is for the SPG sub-account.
